Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your item. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to make a return
Use your return label.
Pack the item securely — preferably in the same packaging.
Attach the return shipping label and drop it off at your local service point.
Keep the receipt until your refund has been processed.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exchanges
For the fastest processing, place a new order for the correct size or color, and return the first one as described above.
Claims / Complaints
If a product is defective under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
