Grab a measuring tape.

Grab a soft measuring tape or a string and a ruler.

Measure the circumference.

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles (excluding the thumb).

Measure the length.

Measure from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.

Note: Measurements are approximate and may vary by ±0.5 cm.
